Community doesn't happen behind a desk. It happens over coffee, in conversation, in the spaces where people already gather. That's exactly the spirit behind Saturday Morning Connect — and we can't wait to see you there.
This Saturday, April 18th, Arise Community Credit Union is teaming up with the Association for Black Economic Power (ABEP) for a casual, no-pressure morning meetup at one of Minneapolis's favorite local spots: Lutunji's Palate Bakery & Cafe.
Saturday Morning Connect is exactly what it sounds like — a relaxed space to meet up, talk, and get to know each other. No presentations. No sales pitch. Just real dialogue between real people.
Who's in the community?
What do you need?
How can Arise and ABEP better show up for you?
Yes, we'll be happy to share what Arise offers — but more than anything, we're there to listen. Because building a credit union that truly serves this community means understanding this community first.
We're being intentional about where we show up. Arise and ABEP are committed to meeting people in the community spaces they already love — local businesses, neighborhood organizations, and gathering places across Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. Lutunji's Palate Bakery & Cafe is exactly that kind of place, and we're proud to support them while connecting with the people we serve.
